Our team – winners of the Garmin Predator Cup 2025!

This season we took part in one of the most prestigious and large-scale predator fishing tournaments in the Baltics – the Garmin Predator Cup. This competition has long earned the reputation of the "Champions League of fishing," where the strongest crews meet to prove their skills, endurance, and ability to find the key to success even in the most difficult conditions.

The tournament format is simple yet relentless: the victory is determined by the total length of nine fish — three pike, three zander, and three perch. Every catch requires not only knowledge of the waters and an understanding of predator behavior but also teamwork, quick decision-making, and the ability to select the right lures and tactics. The tournament takes place across different bodies of water — from the Daugava and Lielupe to Lake Ķīšezers, and in fact, there are no strict limitations, which makes it even more unpredictable and exciting.

In this fierce competition, among fifty-five of the strongest crews in the region, our team C1 / S&D (Roman Astapov, Mark Petunov, Sergey Bibichev, Dmitry Apolonov) took 1st place in the team standings! This is not only proof of our experience and teamwork but also a huge motivation to keep moving forward. In the individual ranking, we also managed to climb to an honorable 3rd place — a rewarding personal achievement and a testament to our consistency.

Garmin Predator Cup 2025

For us, this victory is more than just medals and trophies. It is recognition of many years of experience, hundreds of hours of training, and a true passion for fishing. We are proud to have achieved such a high result in a tournament of this level and proven that systematic work, attention to detail, and love for what we do always bear fruit.

Now – only forward. We continue preparing for new competitions, and every day on the water is another step toward new heights.
